Reality star Kim Kardashian and football player Reggie Bush split up a few weeks ago, but they might not be done for good. The couple was spotted together in New Orleans on Monday. One source claims "he picked her up from a charity event," but insiders claim the exes were "all smiles" while walking into Ruth's Chris Steak House together. While Kardashian attended the Dress for Success charity auction show on Saturday, Bush was also in town on business for NFL training camp. But why see each other so soon after a breakup? It looks as though the couple may be reuniting.

One source says Bush "doesn't want to let [Kim] go." Kim's pregnant sister Kourtney has been plotting with their mother to get the couple back together. "I haven't talked to him, but my mom just said she's going to training camp and dragging him back!" said Kourtney. "We all love Reggie. How cute would the babies be?" When asked if she thought they were reuniting, Kourtney said, "I hope so." The couple began dating in April 2007.

Why do so many people attempt to get back with their exes? Do they miss them? Are they scared to move on, and fearful that they'll never find someone better? People break up for a reason and when you try to reconcile, no matter how much time has passed, that initial issue often still exists. What would make things better the second, third, or fourth time around?
